PBA is the only LGBTQ+ undergraduate business organization at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, open to all UC Berkeley students. Members attend bi-weekly general meetings, connect with corporate sponsors like EY and PwC at networking dinners, and participate in signature semester events including the PBA Gala and PBA Allyship Dinner. The club blends professional development with genuine community, described as more than career-focused: a space of love and support in the heteronormative business world.

Events They Host
PBA Allyship Dinner
Networking dinner with EY and PwC representatives. First edition held Thursday, November 21st, 6:30-8 PM in Chou Hall. Business casual dress code. Open to non-members via RSVP.
PBA Gala
Themed date party held once per semester. First edition on Friday, November 15th, 6-8 PM in Chou N340, with an afterparty from 9 PM to midnight. Theme: Castro Couture: Vintage SF Glamour.
