LBSA is a Haas-sponsored organization founded in 1998 to support Latinx students in business and beyond. Members join one of 12 committees covering consulting, professional development, community service, alumni relations, and more. Day-to-day life includes sponsor workshops with firms like Bain and Deloitte, Study Jams, company office visits, and community service events. Paid membership ($55 lifetime) unlocks a test bank, textbook bank, mentorship programs, and access to exclusive socials and retreats.

Annual Spring Banquet
Annual celebration for members and alumni. The Spring 2025 edition was the 27th Annual Banquet. Separate ticket links for members and alumni.
Battle of the Committees
Inter-committee competition event held each semester.
Study Jams
Group study sessions hosted by the Academic Affairs Committee, held multiple times per semester.
LBSA x LLS Empoderada
Women's empowerment workshop co-hosted with LLS (Latinx Law Students) and Hermanas Unidas. Featured bracelet making and community discussion at the Latinx Student Resource Center.
LBSA Food Drive
Community service food drive in collaboration with the UC Berkeley Basic Needs Center Food Pantry. Members donated nonperishable food items for a raffle.
