DAIRE is a professional HAAS-sponsored undergraduate organization dedicated to advancing real estate careers for students from underrepresented backgrounds. Members attend weekly general body meetings with guest speakers and workshops, plus weekly Real Estate Education Series sessions tailored to their experience level. No prior real estate knowledge is required, and students from any major are welcome.

General Body Meetings with Guest Speakers and Workshops
Weekly meetings featuring professionals from leading real estate firms such as JLL, Hines, CBRE, and Cushman & Wakefield, who share career insights, lead professional development workshops, and highlight employment opportunities.
Real Estate Education Series
Weekly sessions are tailored to one of three curricula based on members' experience level. The full series spans two semesters, covering financial modeling, REIT presentations, case studies, mock interviews, and more.
Member Experiences
Career Treks
Fully funded professional field trips to visit top real estate firms each semester. Past treks have included visits to JLL, BPG, Marriott, Hilton, and Brookfield Properties.
Monthly Social Events
Member gatherings throughout the month focused on community building and networking among peers.
