UREC is UC Berkeley's premier undergraduate real estate club, sponsored by Haas and the Fisher Center. Members can join as analysts, gaining hands-on training in pro forma analysis, discounted cash flow modeling, and real estate research, including pitching real-time investments with local firms. A speaker series connects members with professionals from firms like Wells Fargo, KKR, and CBRE. The club also runs a big/little tradition, retreats, and weekly socials for a tight-knit community.
