Freestyles at Berkeley

Dance

Freestyles at Berkeley fills a gap in Berkeley's dance scene by centering freestyle over choreography and performance. Members attend weekly freestyle sessions, foundational workshops rooted in open style traditions, and a semester dance battle. The club is a cross-club haven where dancers from different backgrounds intermingle, exchange knowledge, develop personal style, and build confidence freestyling in front of others — all in a more intimate setting than typical campus dance groups.
