Berkeley Cru is a multicultural, multiethnic, interdenominational Christian community that follows Jesus and takes the Gospel to UC Berkeley students and beyond. We are open to anyone regardless of where they are in their spiritual journey. Members attend weekly Thursday night gatherings featuring worship, student faith stories, and Bible teaching, and join small-group Community Groups organized by class year. Beyond campus, Cru runs an annual Fall Retreat near Santa Cruz, a Winter Conference, and global mission trips.

Weekly Thursday Night Meeting
Every Thursday during the school year, 7:30-9:00 PM at First Presbyterian Church of Berkeley (2407 Dana St). Includes worship, student faith stories, and Bible teaching.
Fall Retreat
Annual weekend retreat near Santa Cruz. October 23-25, 2026. Starts at 7 PM Friday.
Community Groups
Weekly small-group Bible studies organized by class year. Freshmen meet Tuesdays at 7 PM; Sophomores Mondays at 7PM; Juniors and Transfers Wednesdays at 8:30 PM; Seniors and Grads Mondays at 7 PM.
Global Mission Trips
Winter break, spring break, and summer mission trips to Mexico (with Filter of Hope), Prague, CZ and Central Asia. Year-long international internships also available.
