What actually happens at small groups?

Small groups of about 5-10 people meet once a week to study the Bible and share prayer requests and praises with one another. There are currently three groups: Monday evenings, a biweekly Wednesday women's group, and Thursday evenings.

What happens at large group meetings?

Large group meetings occur several times per semester and have included faculty speakers sharing their testimony, panel discussions, outside speakers, worship evenings, and potluck dinners. They take place on campus, at nearby churches, or in members' homes.

Veritas holds a Winter Conference each January or February, a regional overnight gathering that includes graduate chapters from Stanford, UC Davis, and other campuses. Past retreats have featured theologians and scholars speaking on topics like faith in the university, spiritual friendship, and Christian mission in a post-Christian world.
