Cub Consulting is a strategy consulting organization that works with startups, nonprofits, and small businesses across the Bay Area. Each project runs 10 weeks with a team of 4-5 consultants and 2 project managers, covering market research, go-to-market strategy, operations, brand positioning, and more. Members gain hands-on consulting experience backed by real research and data, with past clients including Headspace, Goodwill, Bank of America, and Warner Bros. Discovery.
