Machine Learning at Berkeley (ML@B) is a student-run nonprofit working on ML consulting, research, and education. Members join one of three tracks: a no-experience-required New Member Education Program, semester-long industry consulting projects with major companies, or a Fellows track for graduate students. The club also runs a DeCal course, a blog with over 4,000 subscribers, high school outreach bootcamps, and hosts the annual AI and EECS Career Fair.

AI and EECS Career Fair
Annual fall career fair connecting students from undergraduate to PhD with industry companies in AI and ML. NVIDIA has publicly noted it as logistically sound and plans to return annually.
Founders Meetup
Annual spring event organized by the External committee for the Berkeley ML/startup community.
Tech Talks and Speaker Series
Industry and academic leaders in AI/ML speak at weekly general meetings and dedicated tech talk events.
ML@B Ignite High School Bootcamp
Two-day introductory ML bootcamp for Bay Area high school juniors and seniors, no CS or ML experience required. Covers Python basics, scikit-learn, and a hands-on ML project. 45 students attended the most recent prior session.
Deep Learning for Computer Vision DeCal
Student-run course covering object detection, feature segmentation, generative modeling, vision transformers, and 3D vision. Offered multiple semesters including Fall 2025.
