Phoenix Consulting Group is UC Berkeley's healthcare-focused consulting org. Each semester, members work on four 12-13 week client projects spanning operations, market research, financial analysis, corporate strategy, and product development for health-sector clients ranging from large companies like Abbott and Pfizer to startups. New members join a consulting project immediately and go through the New Member Education Program (NMEP) to build healthcare problem-solving skills. The club also runs its own healthcare startup accelerator, Health Engine.
