DAES' Black Film Collective is a space for Black students to create, watch, and learn about filmmaking. Members work across four departments: directing, acting, editing, and screenwriting, each led by department heads. The collective produces 1-2 short films per semester and hosts end-of-semester screenings. Members build their portfolios through real film projects, with finished work available on the club's YouTube channel.
