WC4BL Berkeley is a chapter run by UC Berkeley-UCSF Joint Medical Program students who mentor and support URM premedical undergrads at Berkeley and across the Bay Area. Day-to-day work spans hosting application workshops (MCAT, AMCAS, personal statements, mock interviews), running a 1:1 mentorship program, volunteering at community health events, and offering scholarships for pre-health students. The club operates through five committees: Pathways Development, Finance, Community Partnerships, Admin, and DREAM.

WC4BL AMCAS Workshop
Covers the entire AMCAS application process from preparation to letters of interest. Hybrid; in-person attendees receive free dinners and giveaways. January 31, 2024, 6:15-8:15 PM.
WC4BL Gap Year Workshop
Zoom workshop covering post-graduation options including clinical hours, AMCAS enhancement, and extracurriculars. Includes a Q&A panel. February 21, 2024, 6:30-8:30 PM.
WC4BL Personal Statement Workshop
Hybrid workshop where attendees can receive feedback on their personal statements in person or via Zoom. April 3, 2024, 6:30-8:30 PM.
