DataGood at Berkeley
Tech·Research·Community Service/Nonprofit·Environmental/Sustainability·Education
DataGood partners with nonprofits, research institutes, and mission-driven companies to deliver real data science and machine learning projects that create social impact. Members join either a Research project (small team, full data science lifecycle, beginner-friendly) or an Industry project (external client, 10-week engagement, one or two Project Managers plus four teammates). Workshops, a big/little mentorship system, semester retreats, and a closing banquet round out the experience.
