WDB runs three tracks: an Education initiative (a 3-unit DeCal teaching full-stack development fundamentals), a Training initiative (a semester-long bootcamp where members build and ship web applications), and an Industry initiative where experienced developers and designers work with real companies on software projects that reach actual users. Members develop both technical and design skills, and the club has placed students at companies like Google, Meta, Apple, and OpenAI.
