ASUC - Student Legal Clinic
Law·Community Service/Nonprofit·Education
The ASUC Student Legal Clinic is a student-run legal resource center that has served the Berkeley community for over 30 years. Caseworkers take on real legal research cases, producing detailed reports on client options across areas like tenancy, employment, immigration, and tax law. In spring, members become IRS-certified preparers through the VITA program. Guest speakers include Berkeley Law admissions officers and local attorneys, making it a strong fit for students exploring pre-law or public service.
