The Berkeley Latine Journal of Law and Policy is a law review at Berkeley Law focused on legal issues affecting the Latinx community, covering topics like immigration, voting rights, labor law, and Latinx Critical Legal Theory. Each spring, the Journal hosts a symposium bringing together students, professors, lawyers, and activists. Members also participate in colloquia and a speaker series, working to transform conventional legal education and help Latinx law students become better advocates for social justice.
