Qui Parle is a peer-reviewed academic journal run by an independent group of UC Berkeley graduate students since 1985, published twice annually in June and December by Duke University Press. Members serve on the editorial board, reviewing and selecting essays, book reviews, and special issues across literary and cultural studies, critical theory, philosophy, gender studies, critical race studies, and more. The journal also oversees Ki, a companion online publication for experimental, politically oriented creative and critical work.
