The Asian American Research Journal (AARJ) is an annually published academic journal co-sponsored by the Asian American Research Center and the AAADS Program at UC Berkeley. It publishes undergraduate and graduate research centering Asian American experiences, identities, and communities, with a commitment to amplifying voices and topics historically excluded from academic spaces. Contributors submit research papers or academic essays across disciplines, beginning with a 350-450 word abstract.
