The Berkeley Student Leadership Academy (BSLA) is a cohort-based workshop series for undergraduates focused on holistic leadership development. Members attend at least seven workshops per year covering leadership, communication, conflict resolution, feedback, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Participants also get access to mentorship, networking opportunities, and a bCourses page. Students who complete the program receive a certificate at the Oski Student Leadership Awards Ceremony in April.
