CRP is a student-run nonprofit that helps underprivileged college students bridge the gap between academics and the workforce through a three-part model: corporate tours (Expose), shadowing opportunities (Equip), and internships (Employ). Since launching in March 2023, CRP has organized experiences with biotech companies like Gilead, Cytokinetics, and Genentech, and established internships with NCAPDA. To reduce barriers, CRP covers transportation costs and eliminates onboarding fees for low-income participants.
