Theta Tau is the only co-ed professional engineering fraternity at UC Berkeley, built around three pillars: brotherhood, professionalism, and service. Each pledge class completes a hands-on engineering project together, from AI chessboards to Arduino solar trackers. Members get resume critiques, interview workshops, and informal access to alumni working at companies like Amazon, Apple, and Uber. Outside of professional development, members bond through families, big-little relationships, paintball, and BBQs.

Open rush event at Genetics and Plant Biology Building 100. Food and beverages provided. Prospective members learn about the community and what Theta Tau offers.
Professional Night
Held at Etcheverry Hall. Attendees dress in professional attire for friendly speed interviews and hear from Theta Tau alumni about their careers.
Innovation Night
Held at Etcheverry Hall. Rushees mingle and build alongside brothers while showcasing their engineering skills.
