Casa Esperanza supports a shelter for women and children survivors of domestic abuse in Ensenada, Mexico. Members run health and wellness workshops, women's health education, nutritional and physical education programming, and fundraisers for essentials like hygiene products, clothing, and scholarships. The club also organizes video pen pal connections with shelter residents and plans in-person trips to Mexico throughout the year, bringing together Berkeley students from varied professional backgrounds.
