Celli@Berkeley is a sixteen-member all-cello ensemble founded in 2012 by cellists from the UC Berkeley Symphony Orchestra. Members perform music ranging from classical to pop in concert halls, art galleries, cafes, at marathons, flea markets, and on the streets of Berkeley. The group aims to generate new repertoire for cello ensembles worldwide while giving members space to grow as musicians, leaders, and ensemble-players through peer teaching and collaboration.
