CalTHON is UC Berkeley's chapter of Children's Miracle Network Dance Marathon, a student-run fundraising effort benefiting UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals. The centerpiece is an annual dance marathon event featuring hours of dancing, live entertainment, themed activities, food, and contests. Members participate as fundraisers organized into teams, raising money that stays local to fund critical treatments, pediatric medical equipment, and charitable care for kids in the community.
