GLO Berkeley is a nonprofit chapter focused on leadership development and growth, described as the only Berkeley organization with that specific focus. Members attend workshops, panels, and networking sessions to build practical skills in project management, meeting management, people management, and communication. The flagship event is a two-day Leadership Summit, formatted like a bootcamp, where attendees learn and simulate key leadership techniques in small groups facilitated by professionals from companies like Google, Apple, and Facebook.

GLO Leadership Summit
A two-day bootcamp-style leadership training summit open to participants from universities, companies, and nonprofits across the Bay Area. Small workshop groups are facilitated by professionals from Google, Apple, Facebook, and various startups. Covers project management, meeting management, people management, and communication and public speaking. A past date listed was October 13th and 20th.
