PASS is a student-run organization founded in 1985 to support Pilipinx students in higher education. It operates across three areas: Recruitment (getting underrepresented Pilipinx students into college), Retention (supporting current UC Berkeley students through programs like PASO, transfer retention, and gender and sexuality awareness), and Internal (organizational and financial operations). Members run programs serving both high school students and enrolled students, working within a close-knit Filipino student community.
