Real Talk Buddies pairs undergraduates with graduate student mentors for informal, flexible conversations about academics, graduate school, career, identity, and family. There are no homework assignments or strict meeting requirements. Once matched, mentees meet their mentor at their own pace, whether over coffee, at lab group meetings, or wherever works best. The program is rooted in inclusivity and aims to give undergraduates a sense of 'I can do this' from people who have been there before.
