Women in Leadership

Professional Fraternities

WiL is a Haas MBA club organized around four pillars: community, professional development, social connection, and education. Members attend recurring gatherings like Wednesdays with WiL, happy hours, and a fall Members Retreat, while getting career support through collaboration with the Haas Career Management Group and the alumni network (WiLA). Educational workshops cover topics like allyship and women's health, and a male allyship group called Manbassadors contributes to that work. The club's flagship event is its Annual Spring Conference, the longest-running conference at Haas.
