UWILB supports pre-law women navigating a male-dominated field through mentorship with female-identifying law students and professionals, networking events, and skill-building workshops on the legal profession and law school journey. Members also participate in philanthropic work supporting women globally — writing letters, volunteering at shelters, and more. The goal is a genuine community where aspiring female legal professionals connect, collaborate, and cultivate their interests.
