SSA is a close-knit community for Singaporeans and Singapore-curious students at Cal. Members get access to semesterly retreats (past trips include Yosemite, Shasta Lake, and Lassen National Park), a big-little system, hobby-based socials like picnics and movie nights, and networking events with US- and Singapore-based companies. SSA also co-organizes cultural celebrations with other student orgs and hosts professional events like company visits and grad school talks.
