Project Reboot is a digital wellness program born as a 12-week course at UC Berkeley (listed as INFO 98) that helps students build an intentional relationship with technology. Members learn the neuroscience behind tech addiction, audit their own screen time, reconfigure their devices, and set clear goals for tech use. Past UC Berkeley students reported reducing non-productive screen time from an average of 6:39 to 3:10 hours per day.
