ReUSE
Environmental/Sustainability·Community Service/Nonprofit
ReUSE is UC Berkeley's only on-campus thrift store, fully run by student volunteers since 2002. Members staff the MLK Student Union store, maintain donation stations in campus buildings, and run a free clothing repair clinic. Clothing and household items sell for $3 or less, textbooks and school supplies are free, and all proceeds go to charity. Volunteers also help restock ReUSE Stations in buildings across campus and organize semester events like the Reader Giveaway.
