Bike Builders of Berkeley designs, fabricates, and tests bike frames from scratch, including custom components. Members don't just assemble bikes from parts; they do the full engineering process: industrial design, CAD, FEA, welding, and field testing. Past builds include a full-suspension mountain bike, a gravel bike, and a custom telemetry system. Open to all majors, with roles spanning mechanical engineering, design, and even business. Founded Fall 2021.

The club brings their bikes to this annual festival and competes in a collegiate bike building competition they helped start there.
