Caribbean Coalition at Berkeley

Caribbean Coalition at Berkeley fosters intraregional community and dialogue among graduate students, faculty, and staff who identify with or are in solidarity with Caribbean peoples. Members attend scholarly talks, author workshops, and symposiums featuring researchers working on Caribbean topics. Past events include lectures on Caribbean politics and imperialism, book workshops, and a Bomba performance, often paired with pre-talk lunches where members connect directly with visiting scholars.
