CEE-FAR is a self-organized group of graduate students, undergraduates, and alumni across all of UC Berkeley's Civil and Environmental Engineering programs. Members work together to address structural racism within the department and the broader engineering community. The group operates through General Body Meetings and focused Action Groups covering academic reform, department climate, recruitment and retention, and increasing awareness.
