EA Berkeley is a local chapter of the global effective altruism movement, a research field and philosophical community focused on maximizing the good do with your time, work, and resources. Members are invited to attend weekly Sunday meetings, enroll in fellowships about effective altruism, or work on projects in areas like global health, animal welfare, and AI safety.
