Every Child Plays runs free, bi-weekly 90-minute basketball and soccer practices for children on the autism spectrum, helping them grow socially, emotionally, and cognitively alongside their peers through team sports. Volunteers from college, high school, and the medical community coach the sessions. The program is also an active research study examining how team sports improve social communication skills in children with mild ASD.
