Global Medical Training operates on the motto "Learn by Doing" — sending UC Berkeley students to Latin America for hands-on patient diagnoses and treatments under medical professional supervision. Back on campus, members volunteer at community health events serving underprivileged populations in Berkeley and beyond. You'll build clinical exposure, cultural competency, and awareness of healthcare disparities in developing countries — all before medical school.
