HHA is a graduate student-run organization connecting UC Berkeley students across Haas, Public Health, Public Policy, and Engineering around healthcare and life sciences. Members get access to a healthcare career fair, speaker series, case competition, company treks, alumni dinners, and career pathway accelerators covering verticals like digital health, biotech, and payer. The club also mentors undergraduates interested in healthcare careers.

Haas Healthcare Conference
Annual spring conference bringing together 400+ corporate leaders, graduate students, and digital health entrepreneurs to discuss innovations, trends, and challenges in health.
John E. Martin Mental Healthcare Challenge
Annual case competition open to graduate student teams worldwide. Teams of four (at least one MBA student) develop business solutions to mental healthcare challenges. Prizes: $10,000 (1st), $5,000 (2nd), $1,000 (3rd). Includes a podcast series and keynote speakers.
Firm Night
Annual health-focused career fair for members featuring leading employers from the Bay Area and California. Attended by approximately 150 job-seeking graduate students.
Healthcare Speaker Series
Six-week Fall MBA elective featuring health sector leaders covering topics including behavioral health, digital health, value-based care, biotech and pharma innovation, social determinants of health, global health, and drug pricing reform.
