Jeeva Clinic sends Berkeley student volunteers to Bay Area temples and community centers to provide free basic health services, including blood pressure readings, height/weight measurement, and health education, to South Asian communities at elevated risk for cardiovascular disease. Clinics run under the supervision of an on-site physician in partnership with the South Asian Heart Center. Members gain hands-on community health experience and attend biweekly general meetings on campus.
