REP pairs LAEP/work-study eligible undergraduates with a graduate student or postdoc mentor and a faculty sponsor to work on a semester-long research project in Psychology or Neuroscience. Members earn wages through the Learning-Aligned Employment Program, attend weekly professional development workshops including journal club and faculty talks, and present their work at a poster session at the end of the semester.
